Dr. Zelić’s villa is a civic villa located on Ozrenski partizani Road in Sokobanja, and it arose in need for a vacation in the spa of Dr. Zelić and his family. It is strikingly white, and its staircase is made of stone with balustrades. It is a double-storey symmetrical building, with a four-pitched roof and no decorations on the facade. The building has shutters made of brown wood. The porch facing the courtyard has white colonnade of indeterminate style. It is an example of civic architecture between the two world wars.
Entrance to the building is not allowed, and the building is in satisfactory condition.
